酵母雜交培養基套裝包含酵母雜交文庫篩選中所需要的全部培養基。整套銷(xiāo)售，性?xún)r(jià)比更高。培養基以非常方便使用的鋁箔袋形式包裝，每個(gè)獨立包裝可以配制0.5L的培養基。使用時(shí)僅需要將袋中的所有干粉倒入三角瓶或培養瓶中，加入0.5 L的ddH2O，然后121℃滅菌15分鐘即可。無(wú)需稱(chēng)量和調整pH值。
*ZC1901-2在ZC1901-1基礎上增加了1mg Aureobasidin A（1 mg/ml，甲醇溶液）和250 mg的X-α-Gal。
*ZC1902-2在ZC1902-1基礎上增加了100 ml 3-AT溶液（2.5M，過(guò)濾除菌）。
*ZC1903-2在ZC1903-1基礎上增加了1mg Aureobasidin A（1 mg/ml，甲醇溶液）。
