本產(chǎn)品為一管式第一鏈cDNA合成試劑，操作簡(jiǎn)便，降低了操作過(guò)程中的污染機率。
RT Mix中所用MMLV酶無(wú)RNase H活性，避免了cDNA合成反應中RNA/DNA雜合體中模板RNA被降解；耐熱溫度高，具有更強的延伸能力和穩定性，可用于較長(cháng)的cDNA合成以及高比例的全長(cháng)cDNA文庫的構建等。
